Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia….When finished school Janice left for a holiday to the Okanagan valley and never looked back. Like most people that come here as a tourist or on family vacation, they don't want to leave or they start planning their retirements. As an entrepreneur, Janice worked as a health care professional for 14 years, owning her own Massage Therapy clinic, treating patients in injury related accidents from I.C.B.C & W.C.B claims. Janice was the regional rep of the South Okanagan for the British Columbia Massage Therapy Association. She also was owner of two retail fashion boutiques for 8 years enjoying every aspect of helping people strive to look and feel their best, teaching young women work ethics, sales, marketing & helping them be the best they could be in whatever they chose. And she also donated much of her time to the Miss Penticton program each year and sat on the judging committee.
It was an easy decision to work with people in real estate as all her client's & co-workers will tell you, its her caring nature in working with people in so many different situations that she excels at listening to her clients needs and getting the job done.
Janice builds lasting relationships thru trust, honesty and commitment to follow thru each transaction from start to end, helping her clients every step of the way. She has built a business has with a great referral system to work from and always welcomes new clients. After 7 years in real estate Janice can honestly say she 'loves' her job and wouldn't trade it for any other. Selling property is so diverse and looking after people, is just what she does.
Janice has been thru some tribulations herself and knows what it feels like to have to fight for your health. She is proud to give back to the Children's Hospital of Vancouver, B.C., the Canadian Cancer Foundation and the local Boy's & Girl's Club.
This beautiful valley has given her a chance to show case it to so many people from all over the world, from vineyards & ranch land, to condos and homes... and who could ask for a better place to live and sell it!
